Challenge
Community Futures BC offers exceptional services to businesses but their social media reach was limited and engagement was low across the board.
Goal
To develop an overarching social and content strategy that would increase their reach and engage a wider audience. We wanted to raise awareness of the wide spectrum of services they offer, as well as how BC businesses can benefit from reaching out to them.
Outcome
We developed a full-service strategy including personas, review and analysis, a 12-month editorial calendar, social media strategy along with templates and content direction, a content bank, and bonus recommendations. This cohesive set of resources and assets allowed the CFBC team to create a consistent presence across their network of 34 communities.
