Located in the heart of Revelstoke’s trail network, Eagle Pass Lodge provides a private mountain lodge with direct access to world-class singletrack.

Challenge

Eagle Pass Lodge wanted to launch, for the first time, a summer mountain biking program outside of their Eagle Pass Heli-sking winter operations. The summer of 2021 was challenging through the unknowns of the pandemic and unbeknownst to us a high summer fire season.

Goal

Have interested parties contact the lodge for bookings, weddings, or to host retreats.

Strategy

The strategy encompassed a two prong approach through both general awareness of the lodge being open in the summer as well as attracting advanced bikers for retreats. Mid-season, due to forest fires and the pandemic, the strategy had to pivot to encompass smaller groups which the lodge is perfect to host.

Outcome

Booking targets were exceeded! And a packed season ending event was hosted.
