The Sicamous and District Chamber of Commerce is a member driven organization that represents Business and the Community in Sicamous, Swansea Point and Malakwa.

Challenge

New and existing members of the chamber were struggling to access information and benefits through the website. Any businesses wanting to join the chamber or access their membership were faced with a complicated user journey.

Goal

Making information easily accessible to new and existing members. Bringing clarity to the ways in which the Chamber provides support to numerous businesses and other partners to develop the economic, commercial, industrial, and social growth of Sicamous and the surrounding area. Improving the user journey to become a member of the chamber.

Outcome

Easy access to information around benefits and membership with an increase in applications to join the chamber and from existing members to take advantage of their benefits.
